The Emergency Services Corps would like to be more involved in the disaster response arena. However, government requirements for such involvement necessitate that we be able to arrive at the disaster site as a completely self-sustaining entity. That requires a lot of front-loaded equipment purchases which our present budget simply can’t support.
To address this, the Presbytery authorized creation of the ESC Equipment fund: a savings account for major equipment purchases.
We are also open to donations of the equipment itself. For an equipment list to donate physical items, please contact the Office of the Presbytery.
